Better Harvest Levels
Better Harvest Levels lets modpack authors raise or lower a block’s harvest requirement and assign tiers to tools. It preserves vanilla tool categories, so a high-tier shovel does not become a pickaxe.

Fabric builds require Fabric API. Jade support is optional.
What it changes
Section titled “What it changes”- Block overrides can raise or lower the tier required for drops.
- Tool overrides can give vanilla or modded items a harvest tier.
- The reserved
handtier can make a block harvestable without a tool. - Server rules sync to Better Harvest Levels clients for matching prediction and Jade output.
- Unconfigured blocks and tools continue to use vanilla behavior.
