Full Licence Text​

1) Definitions​

• "Work" means this software project, including all source code, binaries, assets (textures/sounds/models/data), documentation, and any other files provided with it.
• "Official Sources" means the Work as distributed by the Licensor through the project's official pages/repositories (for example: CurseForge, Modrinth, GitHub, and/or a project website).
• "Licensor" means TysonTheEmber.
• "You" means any person or entity using, distributing, or creating Derivatives of the Work.
• "Derivative Work" means a modified version of the Work, a fork, or any work that includes any portion of the Work's code or assets.
• "Addon" means a separate project intended to interoperate with the Work.

2) Permission for Use​

You may use and run the Work for personal or public use (including multiplayer/community use cases), provided you follow this licence.

3) Bundles and Distributions​

You may include the Work in bundles, modpacks, launcher distributions, or similar packaged distributions only if all of the following are true:

1. The distribution obtains the Work from an Official Source (dependency download from an Official Source).
2. No rehosting: you do not upload, mirror, or directly redistribute the Work's binary files or assets elsewhere.
3. Attribution requested (not required): you are asked (but not required) to credit "TysonTheEmber" and link to an Official Source on the distribution page/description.

4) Redistribution (Rehosting) Prohibited​

Except as allowed in Section 3, you may not redistribute, reupload, mirror, or rehost the Work or any portion of it (including compiled binaries or extracted assets) on any platform or via direct download.

5) Addons​

1. You may create and distribute an Addon that interoperates with the Work without permission, as long as it does not include any of the Work's code or assets.
2. If an Addon includes any portion of the Work's code or assets, it is a Derivative Work and must follow Section 6.

6) Forks, Modified Versions, and Derivative Works​

Forks and other Derivative Works are allowed only with explicit prior written permission from the Licensor (Discord is sufficient).

If permission is granted, the Derivative Work must comply with all of the following:

1. Open source required: the Derivative Work must be publicly available as source code.
2. Attribution required: you must clearly credit "TysonTheEmber" and include a link to an Official Source.
3. No implied endorsement: you must not claim the Licensor endorses or is responsible for the Derivative Work.
4. Distribution limits: you may not distribute the original Work's unmodified binaries as part of your Derivative Work distribution except by linking to Official Sources.

7) Using the Work's Code or Assets​

Copying, incorporating, or bundling any portion of the Work's code or assets into another project is only permitted as a Derivative Work under Section 6 (permission required, open source required, attribution required). This includes partial copying (snippets/files), porting, or embedding assets.

8) Attribution​

Where attribution is required by this licence, it must appear at least in:

1. The source repository (README or equivalent), and
2. The project page where the Derivative Work is distributed (e.g., hosting site page or release page).

For Addons that do not include the Work's code/assets (Section 5a), attribution is optional unless otherwise required by a platform.

9) Commercial Use​

Commercial use is not allowed unless you have explicit prior written permission from the Licensor.

Commercial use includes (non-exhaustive):

• Selling the Work or Derivative Works
• Paywalling downloads or updates
• Bundling access behind payment
• Providing the Work or Derivative Works as part of a paid product/service where access is conditional on payment

Ad-supported hosting pages (standard hosting-site ads) do not count as commercial use by themselves.

Distributions:

• Monetized distributions (paywalled access, paid tiers to download, donor-only packs, etc.) are not allowed without permission.

10) Content Creation​

You may create and monetize videos/streams/content featuring the Work, as long as you do not redistribute the Work outside of this licence (Sections 3-4).

11) Disclaimer of Warranty​

THE WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12) Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE WORK.

13) Termination (Termination with Cure)​

1. Automatic termination: if you violate any term of this licence, your rights under this licence terminate automatically.
2. Cure and reinstatement: if the Licensor notifies you of a violation and you fully remedy the violation within 30 days of notice, your rights under this licence are automatically reinstated.
3. Ongoing obligation: termination does not remove your obligation to stop unauthorized distribution/rehosting and to remove infringing copies.

14) Reservation of Rights​

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
